NAFE Top Companies for Executive Women Survey

The NAFE Top Companies for Executive Women is the only survey of its kind that measures not only the representation of women in executive positions in corporate America but also the numbers of women executives occupying profit and loss jobs. It also tracks what companies are doing to help advance women and the impact of their programs.

The list of 2011 winners will be published in the March 2011 issue of NAFE Magazine, which will be released in February 2011, and will be celebrated at the NAFE Top Companies Awards Luncheon in March 2011. Read about the 2010 NAFE Top Companies here.

PROCESS AND DEADLINES:
The applications for Working Mother 100 Best Companies and NAFE Top Companies lists are merged to make it easy for companies to apply to both. If you choose to be considered for the NAFE Top Companies award, you will be need to provide a separate essay highlighting your company’s programs focusing on the advancement of women. If your company has already participated in the 2010 Working Mother 100 Best Companies and selected to be considered for the 2011 NAFE Top Companies list, there is no need to register or re-apply. All interested companies are invited to register for the 2011 NAFE Top Companies survey via the link below. We recommend that your company registers as soon as possible (even if you are not sure that you will be able to submit a completed application). Having a registration on file for this survey ensures that you will be promptly informed of all pertinent information, updates, and invites to informational calls that take place before the application goes live. Each company self-selects itself for participation each year, so it is each company’s individual responsibility to ensure it is registered for this survey.

NOTE: Due to the nature and depth of the data we collect for this survey, the application is typically registered for and completed by a representative from your company’s HR, Diversity, Work/Life, Corporate Communications, or PR department.

The application will go live on August 6, 2010. Registered applicants will receive a link to the application via email. Please be sure that only one contact per company registers for this survey. The registered contact will be the single point of contact for all survey-related correspondence.

Completed applications are due on or before October 2, 2010. In mid-November, all applicant companies, including those that do not make the list, will receive a confidential report showing how it compares against other participating companies. The names of companies that do not make the list are never revealed. In addition, we offer detailed benchmarking to help applicant companies better understand their company’s performance.

The 2011 NAFE Top Companies will be announced in February 2011 in the Spring issue of NAFE Magazine, and will be celebrated at the NAFE Top Companies Awards Luncheon, to be held in March 2011, in New York City.
