It also tracks what companies are doing to help advance women and the impact of their programs.
The list of 2016 winners will be published in the February/March issue of Working Mother magazine, and will be celebrated at the NAFE Top Companies Awards Luncheon in March 2016.

PROCESS AND DEADLINES:
The applications for Working Mother 100 Best Companies and NAFE Top Companies lists are merged to make it easy for companies to apply to both. If you choose to be considered for the NAFE Top Companies award, you will be need to provide a separate essay highlighting your company’s programs focusing on the advancement of women. If your company will participate or has already participated in the 2015 Working Mother 100 Best Companies and selected to be considered for the 2015 NAFE Top Companies list, there is no need to register or re-apply. Please contact us if you have any questions about your company’s applicant status.
All interested companies are invited to register for the NAFE Top Companies survey via the link below. We recommend that your company register as soon as possible (even if you are not sure that you will be able to submit a completed application). Having a registration on file for this survey ensures that you will be promptly informed of all pertinent information, updates, and invites to informational calls that take place before the application goes live. Each company self-selects itself for participation each year, so it is each company’s individual responsibility to ensure it is registered for this survey.
NOTE: Due to the nature and depth of the data we collect for this survey, the application is typically registered for and completed by a representative from your company’s HR, Diversity, Work/Life, Corporate Communications, or PR department.
The 2016 application will go live June 2015. (Please see our schedule for exact dates.) Registered applicants will receive a link to the application via email. Please be sure that only one contact per company registers for this survey. The registered contact will be the single point of contact for all survey-related correspondence.
Completed applications will be due in late August. In early November, all applicant companies, including those that do not make the list, will receive a confidential report showing how it compares against other participating companies. The names of companies that do not make the list are never revealed. In addition, we offer detailed benchmarking to help applicant companies better understand their company’s performance.
The 2016 NAFE Top Companies will be announced in February 2016 in the February/March issue of Working Mother magazine, and will be celebrated at the NAFE Top Companies Awards Luncheon, to be held in March 2016, in New York City.
